At Pet Threads we sell a variety of items from different destinations, some items are shipped from our local Australian warehouse and some from our International Warehouse. You can see where an by checking the ‘delivery info’ tab on each individual product page or alternatively in the shipping options section at checkout.
For Items Shipped From Our Australian Warehouse
Flat rate & free shipping takes around 3-6 working days. Working days do not include weekends. Express shipping takes 1-2 working days – this is elongated if you order on a Friday or weekend day as Australia Post does not deliver on weekends. Public holidays or holiday periods may impact delivery times.
For international orders, Economy Air takes 6-10 working days, Standard 5-8 and Express 4-7. Again, the quoted time does not include weekend days and delays due to public holidays and holiday periods may apply.
If you order a made to order item such as a hoodie, please expect it to take up to a further 3 working days to give us enough time to make your item.
For Items Shipped From Our International Warehouse
We offer free worldwide shipping for these items and it will take anywhere from 13 – 20 working days for your item to arrive. Again, the quoted time does not include weekend days and delays due to public holidays and holiday periods may apply.
Your tracking ID will be emailed to your supplied email address as soon as it has been posted. You can also find this tracking code in your My Account or Track Your Order pages. If you choose a delivery method with no tracking supplied, you will not be able to track your orders progress.
Sizing & Returns
There is a product sizing guide/chart on every single product page that is tailored to that specific product. Our items vary in size, so it is important to compare your pet’s measurements to these sizing charts as your pet may be a different size in another outfit. Alternatively you may get in touch with us or send us a photo of your pet and we’ll recommend a size!
To return items in your order, please complete our return my order form. Note we do not refund your order if the returned items are not in perfect condition with all packaging. Return costs are at your own expense unless you completed your order using PayPal, in which case you are eligible to use their free returns service.
- We will only refund items that are faulty.
- For change of mind or wrong sizing we will happily give you store credit.
- All returns must be in the original plastic and packaging, any items sent back not in the original packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own cost.
We do not exchange items in the traditional sense, however you may ‘exchange’ your goods by:
- Completing the return my order form and returning the item you wish to exchange.
- Waiting for your refund to be processed.
- Place an order for the new item.
